Cancellation before Puja
You can cancel your booking until 3 hours before the start of puja, in which case you will get 100% refund.
If you withdraw your request at or after the time of or before the beginning of the puja performance, there shall be no refund.
Online Puja & Courier Policy
If you have couriered materials/ashes (Asthi) for online puja and we have already received the courier
No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 15 minutes before or after the puja time.
Preparation by ritual right starts immediately after the receipt of the materials.
Post-Puja Payment Rule
If you choose to make payment after the puja is completed
Payment should be made only to the authentic phone number published on AsthivisarajanKashi.in.
We shall not be responsible for any other numbers, and no refund claim shall be accepted in case the payment has been made to any such number.
Circumstances Under which Refund is Not Permitted
There would be no refund in the following situations
The puja has already begun or will soon begin.
The courier has been received and cancellation is requested within 15 minutes of puja time.
It has to be remembered that payment has been made to a number that does not appear on the website.
There were misleading or incorrect information given at the point of the booking.
Time Taken to Refund Fund
The refund will be sent back within 3-7 working days if it has been approved.
